Please help me find a replacement for this FEL Control Valve

I had another thread about damage to the loader valve on my Mahindra 1533. After a month of searching and having professionals look at it, it has been confirmed that I need a whole new valve. I have found one however it will cost me almost $2,200. I suspect there has to be a cheaper more universal valve that I could use even if it means rerouting/extending some of the existing hoses.

My front end loader has the joystick by the seat so it is cable operated to the valve mounted under the tractor. As a last resort, I'm willing to build a bracket and relocate the valve to the FEL itself as most tractors are.

Attached are a couple pics of the valve and a diagram of how the existing valve is configured and some copy and pasted specs.

Can someone point me to a valve that should be able to replace this one?

The P80 series valves are similar, cheap and some have had real good luck others not so much. The big maybe the hose fitting on the valve since I do NOT own a Mahindra.

IF you are gonna relocate it anyway (which I would), there are several joystick loader valves. Just need to be sure and get one that has PB sleeve.

THe reason why I would relocate it anyway......even though that involves more plumbing and more fabrication.......if you plan on keeping this tractor along time, the cables are gonna be a source of issues. And they usually cause issues when you need the machine the most (like in a snowstorm).

I also dont like the feel of cable valves personally....

But if you try and replicate what is there with a cable valve and have any issues in the future.....you are gonna go through all of this again. But a simple direct-mount loader valve up on the loader frame.....very simple in the future if you ever have issues

So I assume that the two blocked off ports on the side of this valve would be used for what currently goes to my backhoe?

I'd have to dig but one should be power beyond (with the correct sleeve) not sure about the other one. Also I have no clue how Mahindra plumbs the backhoe. On my LS it is just Power Beyond and then dump back to the 3 point valve. Remove the BH and connect the 2 line to make the 3 point work. It most likely is NOT a direct replacement and some Hydraulic surgery will be needed.

I agree with the cables comment because while it's probably easy to find a loader valve with the right hydraulic features, and actually bolting it down is easy even if it's different, it's matching up your cable ends to the new valve which might turn into a huge headache and make you wish you had relocated the valve anyway. I would consider ditching the cables the 'safe' path forward (that isn't just paying $2200) even if it weren't for the cable reliability issues.

There is a guy on eBAy with some NOS Nimco valves. i bought one off him because it is the one OEM valve for my little TYM. Has them in “medium” and “large” tractor sizes also. Search nimco, in hydraulics if you are interested.

I don't think you well like that valve. No float, no load checks, and 21 gal pm and you tractor is 8 or 9 gal pm.

He has the valve for my TYM T233, which only has a 5-gpm pump. It is an 11-gpm valve with float. Power beyond adapter already installed. Unless someone bought them since this morning.
