Plans (drawing) for 425 Quick Attach plate?

I am looking for plans for making a PT425 quick attach plate. I seem to remember one here some years ago but I just can't find it and "Search" did not help much.

I remember that too but also could not find it. I took my rock bucket to my welder and that's all that was needed.

Someone on Power-Trac even modified the QA by adding wings to use skid steer attachments.

Yea that was me. Guilty. The 32 percent was not a demention (dimension) just the percent protein in the fish food

Any idea where I could find information about the wing modification? There are a lot of useful attachments available that Power-Trac doesn't make. It would be handy being able to use a mini skid steer attachment.

I have a QA to 3pt that I use for potato digger and my box blade (both third party manufactured).

I would look for a used / scrap QA and weld a PT QA on. I would bet there are a number of salvage yards with skid steers around

The only problem with hanging a PT to skid steer adapter on a 400 series is the additional weight. Not only of the adapter, but of the skid steer attachments. They are generally heavier than PT attachments. So just be aware of the weight gain and the diminished lift capacity with that additional weight.

The nuts on the bottom don't have to be installed. Two bolts in the top and you would be ready to go.

Yeah, I've been keeping my eye out for compactors, vibratory plows and a chipper/shredder with a blown engine. All toys I'd like to have but don't really need, but if the price is right, I'll take them.

if nothing else, you can buy a "tractor side" skid steer plate and bolt or weld a PT plate to it.

$800 off Ebay from a rent all place, I drove from East TN to PA then a little under $200 to replace the front bearing and seals, work done by yours truly. It really digs much better than I expected it to. very satisfied. Bradco 615. The PTO power of my 422 powers it very well but it is a little heavy to move around but workable. Good luck finding one, i must have bid on as many as 10 before i got the one i wanted. Just kept looking. My next wish list item is a 4 in 1 bucket but i want it for a good price.

I can't believe PT wants $175 for quick attach plate. Anyone know of an after market quick attach plate? or Anyone making them to re-sell?
