/ Pine Tar Removal #21
Kerosene, My grandfather always washed his car with kerosene and water, does a nice job. Oil base won't hurt a thing.

I've used the pressure washer and turned up the burner to 300 degrees to melt stickers, damaged conspicious tape. Of course, it kills the wax job and I have to stand back so the pressure doesn't blow off any paint. plowking

/ Pine Tar Removal #23
This past weekend I watched a bunch of people try various concoctions on a Blazer that had been sitting under pines for a year -- turtle wax bug and tar remover seemed to work about the best although no one had turpentine. Spray on -- let sit for quite a while then a coarse cloth with elbow grease -- did not damage the paint and actually omproved the shine -- a very tedious process:eek: . Other stuff damaged the paint:(
