Was at north 40 outfitters here today…i forgot how large of inventory they have… apparently that part is called a hydraulic cylinder pin

If you buy a piece of cold rolled steel the correct diameter you can easily make your own. Drill a hole in each end for a cotter pin and you shouldn't loose it. On troublesome ones that don't need removal I have just welded a larger washer on each end. Also in a pinch a hitch pin works.
