It was a nice day so I snapped some pics.
First the scrap metal skidshoes, they seem to work, They are bolted through the backblade using the bolts for the cutting edge.

This is the socket I ran out to the back. The spotlight is plugged in.

The light where I like it when moving snow in the dark. There is plenty of light even though the spot is right in front of you. The headlights do a little and the spot is so bright that you get a lot of extra light. Its just a Qbeam with a magnet base. On-off-flash switch

For nomal travel I just stick it behind me. Nice thing is you can just stick it wherever you want and whatever direction you want. Worked good when I was putting up treestands in the dark. I think I stuck it on a loader arm.
