Pick-up Bed Liners

/ Pick-up Bed Liners #21
There seems to be a lot of difference in spray-in liners. I had the dealer do it (actually they had someone do it for them) on the F150 I used to have so I don't know who actually did it. But it was great. It was a minimum of 1/4" thick and then textured on top of that. It was tough stuff. I did not haul really heavy stuff. but it would have taken extreme pressure to rub thru that stuff. I took a screw driver to it in a discrete place and pushed on it just to see what it would do and I could not easily force it thru.
Saw a plastic drop in liner in the median of the freeway yesterday you could have pretty cheap.

We see plastic liner on the freeway now and then too. Since my wife and I both ride motorcycles, that scares the bejeebies out of me. Imagine being behind the truck that loses that liner on a bike... That would be devestating to say the least /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

My wifes truck has a spray in liner. The dealer has a deal with a local company to do it. I do not know what company it is though. She got it immediately after she got her truck(day after). It works nice. I would have the same done again.

The slide in liner the dealer put in my new Tundra works pretty well. I like that I can slide something in on the ridges, and that water can run out from under what you're carrying so it won't get wet on the bottom. You do have to tie stuff down tho, so it doesn't slide forward on braking.
