Perhaps an explanation of what a "long tractor patch" actually is would help.

I would go to an embrodiory (sp) shop. Most of them have loads of data based stuff and they may be able to hunt one up.

Find an avid sew-er that has a home embroidery machine. The software for those have software that can scan photos, convert those to a stitch pattern that can be sewn on the machines. My wife's Pfaff system can do that.
