Parts for Compression Release

AS you can see from the picture I'm missing everything between the dash (includingthe dash) and the valve cover for the compression release. Any suggestion as to where I can get the parts would be appreciated. Could I use a choke cable???

I have the decompression cable in stock, the problem is the dash plate, it is no longer sold by Yanmar.
