Parts Backorders

Is it just my luck or does Kubota have a problem with keeping parts in stock. Example- Blade belt 54" BX mid deck, ect. ,ect. The BX is a great little tractor but !

A very high percentage of parts orders have been going backorder, seems like it just keeps getting worse. Kubota keeps claiming that they're fixing the problem, I have'nt seen an improvement yet

Prior to being at my present job I worked in the auto/truck parts field, a 10% backorder rate was poor at best. 50% of the parts I ordered from Kubota are on backorder. I tried to trade my BX for a B7500 and my dealer could not even get a whole tractor! By the the way my dealer has been great but kubota USA leaves something to be desired.

As I understand, Kubota is taking steps to correct the parts supply issues... I'd give them some time to straighten out their parts systems.

I can understand some shortages on some non-essential parts, but one of items is a deck blade belt for a 54" deck! Its been on order for over a month!

Kubota must think their customers don't need the equipment to make a living, or they don't care.
