To me it just looks like the light cover is swung down.
Is this cruel and unusual punishment for the pallets? Isn't there an international treaty to prevent raising them so high?

No pallet scat, but I've seen a number of empty I-Modium D and Kaopectate bottles laying around the pallet stacks. Wonder if there's a connection...
