Pallets in fields

COMPTON, Calif. – A huge fire visible across Los Angeles burned stacks of pallets in a commercial yard and buses parked in a neighboring lot early Friday.

The inferno erupted in Compton before dawn and created a massive column of smoke that rose high into the sky and spread widely across the metropolitan area.


I am guessing someone got tired of the pallet threat and decided to take some action of their own!.

I'm guessing that one of their galactic enemies caught them unawares and vulnerable and executed a military operation to eliminate as many of them as possible. I expect retribution soon; I'm not sure at this point if the perps can be identified.

Indeed; but in spite of the fact that I am willing to forfeit my allotment of lamb chops to them, and unless they are members of the (expletive deleted), they should get their lamb chops at the nearest Homeland, Griders, A&P, or Walmart.

I am concerned.

The US is the historic birthplace of the pallet and the pallet is a boon to the world. (See: "CHEP" in Australia) Unfortunately, like the horse that European's introduced (or re-introduced) to many continents throughout the world, some have escaped their domestic environment and gone feral (eg: the brumby in Aus, the mustang in the US, etc...). Domestic overbreeding has let to huge, concentrated, pallet corrals with the potential for combustion; probably due to restlessness as the pallets are idle.

Pallets were 'created' to palletise!

It just dawned on me! A considerable number of pallets are actually alien terrorists who are burning themselves up! I hope they don't store them near any explosives!
