The food safety folks, FDA or whoever, now recommends not rinsing cut up chicken because it will just spread e-coli around your kitchen.

Which is amazing. I usually rinse down one side of the sink, which when working properly, drains down into the septic. The knifes and forks then go into the dishwasher. All in all, a very confined prep area.

For all raw foods!

Don't ask about the sink drain. LOL.

I have no idea why those pallets are in he field but I suspect wire coathangars are entangled in it somehow.
