Pallets in fields

OK, still being somewhat a noob around here, is there a point in this thread of 2250+ posts which clearly answers the question of the why the pallets in the field?

Or you're gonna make read every page? I'm already up to page 13. :mur:

It's in the TBN book of etiquette somewhere that all newbies read all the posts in a thread before replying. That, and posting actual pictures of your equipment. :)

The reading, is why my post count is so low, I am still reading after a decade.

Aw, you'r no fun:). I can save you a few thousand posts... We don't actually know why the pallets are in the field.

Thanks... I will probably still keep reading the responses for my own jollies, anyway.

Hey, after my father passed in 2004, there have been so many times I've wanted to ask him why he had saved different things, or why he left a certain item somewhere that at the time made no sense to me. Some of those mysteries I've learned the answer (like the 15' rebar he had leaning up against a tree near our pond. For beating off snakes? No, after about five years I found it very handy for running up the drain pipe to knock loose any sticks and debris clogging the pipe.

I want the last hour and a half of my life back... At least windows 10 finished its install on my old pentium 4 in the time it took me to catch up.

Aw, you'r no fun:). I can save you a few thousand posts... We don't actually know why the pallets are in the field. Just like the guy that started the thread. and he never stopped to ask the farmer why the pallets are in the field.. a failing on his part, according to some:D We all waited for an answer, and when one never came, we just made stuff up. Some still are.. I am as guilty as any in "egging on" this thread just for fun.. BUT since you actually asked, the answer is no... there is not really a point to the thread. Just a way for guys to rib each other, and have fun.

The fact that you had to ask disqualifies you from participating....did you not read the "Forum Rules"?

Regarding the government program mentioned above, we need grant money that folks can apply for to study the pallet issue. $10 billion available in grants to study this situation would be a good start and fit right in with the current budget proposal...

And now the bad news. It is time to kick back, relax and ponder the question "Why did I do it?"

Ill let you know as soon as this webpage loads in 2032 on it....

In other words they told me it wouldn't work well guess what. (it does not work for a production environment or anything productive but it does run. Kinda like me)

I found them. They grow into solar arrays if properly taken care of.

If that were true I would have had solar panels years ago.

This is a serious scientific study man, look at all the work going into this thread. We need solid proof.:dance1::confused2:

We're just missing some vital info. Sparc got the pictures of the seedlings in the fields, but we really can't see how deeply planted or anything, and we don't know anything about how they were tended to, etc.

Then deranged caught a picture of mature panels ready for harvest, with new seedlings being brought in, but we don't really know anything else.

Man, I have plenty of field space and a number of seedlings, but how do I plant and tend for a successful harvest???

I would think that if you want them to grow into solar panel, one would most likely have to "plug it" to a battery or shore power to help the growing skid to get the "electrical" skill that she going to need once she will be a grown up solar array right ??

But, at what voltage ? How many amps ?
Once it is plug do you water them ? This qould be a hazard.... I am confuse !

Those are girls. Don't tell me this whole pallet mystery was just a joke on us stupid men. I feel violated.
