I just ordered a pair of 48" Titan forks for a JD 2032R, their rating far exceeds the tractors lift capacity so I would think they won't bend, I guess I'll see. I figured I would buy less expensive forks so I could put my money towards a good quality tiller.
Just received (this afternoon) a set of Titan 42" forks for my 2032R. They look pretty stout. Used them to lift a pallet of 28 standard 8x8x16 blocks, and 8 split face blocks. What you see in the picture is the maximum load I could lift. In fact, I couldn't lift the load any higher than what you see. Also, once I put those last 8 blocks on the pallet (tan color), I could no longer "curl" the load. Another little detail: I initially couldn't get the tractor to move either. I finally realized I was in 2 wheel drive, and the back was so light, it couldn't get any traction with just the rear wheels. The rear wheels were actually spinning in place. 4x4 solved that. It doesn't show in the picture, but there is a JD5060 scraper on the back. I think I will have the tires loaded. I'm really happy with the forks. $415 delivered, using the 10% first time customer discount. What a deal!

I also received my 48" forks from Titan, I have already picked up my one yard dumpster and moved it around. JohnlnAz, how much do you think that pallet of blocks weigh, I was hoping I was going to be able to pick up more than that with this loader. This Tuesday I'm taking my tractor on a five hour road trip to get my tires filled with rimguard and also buy a Ansung Terra Force ER-062 tiller. What a coincidence that the dealer who I'm buying my tiller from is also the only dealer in California that carries Rimguard, my rear tires are 14-17.5 and they take 22 gallons each for a 75% fill $245.00. H130 loader manual says required minimum ballast for 2032R is fluid filled rear tires and 772lb. of 3-point hitch ballast. I bought the Titan ballast box and was not impressed with the welds, but what the heck fill it with concrete and it will do the job.

Deere rates your loader at 1027# to full height at the pins and 717# out 500mm. At 59" it is rated at 1245# at the pins and 915# 500mm. Subtract the weight of the forks from those totals and you should have a good estimation of your lift capacity.
It's interesting how the loader owner's manual doesn't have any of that information. You have to look at the Attachments catalog to find it. A few years ago, when I was kicking tractor tires, I asked the salesman if the loader specifications reflected bucket and materials, or just material weight. I was told material weight. Is that true? Who knows. If it is, you only need to subtract (forks heavier than bucket), or add (forks are lighter than bucket), the difference between the fork and bucket weights to/from the published load value.

I did a little search, and discovered there are three classes of concrete block. Light 30 lb, medium 32 lb, and heavy 35 lb. I have no idea what those blocks are, but I will assume light. So 36 blocks x 30 lbs = 1080 lbs. Add 20 for the pallet, and you have 1100 lbs. I would guess that the forks (specs = 280 lbs) are 100 lbs heavier than the bucket. So, the total lift was 1200 lbs. Based upon specs, it should lift 915 lbs at 19" forward of the pins. Notice in my picture that the bottom 24 blocks are stacked in roughly a 36" x 36" square, but the final 12 are double stacked to the rear. That helps a lot.
One detail I left out of my original post. The first lift I tried was just the bottom two rows of block, stacked as you see in the picture. That should have been (24 blocks * 30) + 20 (pallet) + 100 forks = 840 lbs. It lifted that without any hesitation. I didn't try to go to full height, but I bet I had it to 60" or so.
All that said, I'm impressed I was able to get that load off the ground at all. Frankly, I would never want to get 915 lbs up at 59" with a tractor that small and light. Too spooky. Keep those max loads "low, slow, and level".

Reading this got me looking at loader lift capacity for my JD 3005 w/300 loader. Can't find specs, Ive been impresed with its abilities after installing a shim kit.
Any ideas what the numbers are for my tractor? I looked on tractordata, no loader listing. Also a google search yeilded no info specifically for my combo. The loader can likely handle more than the tractor.
