Guys

I recently purchased a small 18 hp Kubota in dire new of some prettying up. I stripped everything down to the frame, sanded, primed and began painting. All I have left are the fenders. Most places the paint is blistered up or gone and the metal underneath is rusted, other places the OEM paint job is like a rock and extremely difficult to sand. Does anyone recommend some type of paint stripper I could use to get down to the bare metal again. This sanding is wearing me thin!

Philliip-- I own a monument co. and people bring me all kinds of things to sandblast. These pieces usually arrive after the owner has sanded for hours or used a tiny sanblaster and given up. We charge $50.00 an hour but if we blast for 30 min. we charge $25.00. Sounds like the amt. of time required for your project.

Any good chemical stripper will do the job. I use a product called Citristrip.
