Over-running clutch. How much length...

Hi guys,

How much length will an over-running clutch add to a PTO shaft? I have a Yanmar tiller and the pto shaft for it is really short. I have replaced my 2210 with a Kubota and the shaft is to short for it. If I could gain 3-4" by adding an OC, that might give me the length I need. I would rather do that versus cutting the shaft for my brush hog down and then swap shafts form RFM to brush hog.

Do you need the over running clutch or are you just needing an PTO extension? It may depend on brand & type. Mine is a yellow quick disc. type ( don't know brand ) it adds about 5.5"
