Opinions needed? L3130 size?

Well I got rid of my B2400 that I used for almost everything in a sweet trade deal on my end for a new 5.0 mustang. Now have been missing my tractor and looking at upgrading to larger tractor as the 2400 was just a little to small, which is why I let it go. Most of my tasks range from mowing, grading drive, loader work, brush mowing, and skidding logs out of woods for OWB. I had a set of forks for the little guy and really need them back on the new one.
Anyway, been looking a little and saw this on CL, seems way to cheap, therefore it probably is to good to be true, and just a scam, I have tried to contact seller, so we'll see...

Price looks to good so likely a scam but you never know. The tractor size wise sounds ok.

Probably missing the "1" and really is $15950. Those with low hours are around $15k here.
