Hello Folks. I don't spend a lot of time on forums, but I found this one to be very helpful when I was shopping for my last garden tractor last year. I bought a Cub Cadet GT2550 and have been pleased with it. I do have some things to share regarding some minor mods I have made to it. I am a Mech. Engineer and I enjoy car restoration as well as tinkering around with anything that moves. Before this tractor, my first MTD 38" mower served me for 16 years and I had a newer 2005 Cub LT1042 that I sold after 5 years because we bought a larger yard.
