I picked this old cultivating tractor up at a sale this weekend and thought yall might could identify it for me. I’ve seen one like it I. An old garden tractor book but can’t remember the book or tractor. It’s got chain drive final drives a hydraulic middle and three point on rear. And a peerless transaxle. I have the front axle to it.

It has that Ford Garden Tractor look to it. Not enough pieces to determine the model.

It looks like the the Allis Chalmers G which was last produced in 1955 with a small four cylinder liquid cooled engine. Sometime in the 70's or 80's modern tractors began to show up occasionally at auctions that looked to be based on the G. I remember them as having an electric 3pt hitch in the center and another in the back and were powered by a one cylinder air cooled engine. Can't remember the brand. There's one the same color as yours on the "Farm Collectors" site and has lettering on the back that I can't makeout.The photo was found by searching for " Tractors based on the Allis Chalmers G".

The 1600 Hines had an arched front like a Tuffbilt unless they made other models

I sometimes thought the modern versions were built somewhere off shore by the same company and sold here under different brand names. The trouble was, Two never showed up at the same auction and by the time I saw another I'd forgotten the company name printed on the last I'd seen.

Engine is free and has compression I sure I can. Or a predator looks like would fit
