Oil/Fluid for Peerless 2100?

My field & brush mower has these two Peerless 2100 transaxles as shown. I can't find out what kind of oil to use to top one side off that's a bit low.

Anybody know?

The spec is Mobil 424.

Which I haven't been able to find. At least not in consumer quantities.

I'm seeing some discussions about cross references that say it's a universal tractor fluid. If so, can I use the Premium Universal stuff from TSC?

I'd think so. It shows as equivalent to the low vis hygard JD oil JD 20 if you are looking for something easy to match on the label.
