Loader Oh man bad luck or design

Broke left top bucket connection that holds top of piston to loader.

Had friend Come weld same. The metal it attaches too seems thin. Was almost done basket ball court and retaining wall project

Wow...have never heard of a failure at this point...looks like it was a bad weld to start with?

Yep, very bad weld. Welder put all the metal on the bushing and very little on the metal bracket. Perhaps you should have gotten the welder to put another pass around the other bushing and even the other side of the FEL also.

Do you think a welder was doing the work or a machine? If a machine wouldn't it stand to reason there are a lot more made just the same?

Does look a tad thin to me also. Noticed the weld did not break the Bracket did.

This was a factory weld. My welder made it good as new. Thicker weld is this does not hold I will install plate to spread weight out
