Thanks for the kind words.

I kept track of my labor hours and material cost as I built it. I think if I ever sold it or similar the price would have to be at least $2200.
I might paint it, but I see so much unpainted farm stuff from my grandfather built 50 years ago that has only surface rust I'm not sure it is worth it.

I installed a counterweight and opening is much easier.

Maybe a hi temp baked finish would be slick and I would probably give it a try just to 'finish' it but certainly not needed.

I would paint it either flat black or camo.
