I haven't been watching the show as much as I used to, no real reason other than time. I was watching tonight and the 2 Pauls had one of their monumental arguments and Sr. fired Jr. Can't say it comes as a surprise given their history. The 2 shows tonight were new episodes.

I watched that episode last week. Sr. was allot more volatile then normal. He was looking for a fight and really didn't want an excuse for it. He was building one of his so called old school piece of crap bikes and didn't know what to do, so Jr. was offering advice. This just kept annoying Sr more and more. The more apparent that Sr. didn't know how to assemble the bike, and the more angry he became towards Jr.

Then it was kind of odd how they kept touching on expanding overseas. I really got to wondering if Sr. is overextending himself and is in a panic over finances? While he's always been a drama queen, this seemed different.

That show is still on the air. I quit watching it and AX men because of the same old same old. I ve gotten to where i cant stand all that cussing. I also wouldnt work where I was hollered out. Id rather watch jesse james hammer out a fender from sheet metal with antque tools than OCC. I used to like it but it has worn thin. I didnt think they showed alot in what goes into some of the bikes and all the fussing was a show. I know a fellow that met the old man and said he seemed likeable and had been to their old shop and he wasnt storming around like that. I dont see how expanding overseas would help make crappy tanks better either I helped my brother on a few bike rebuilds and some of their tanks were horrible. The mounting brackets slopped on and holes drilled crooked and tapped 2 different pitches. Plus one of them leaked.

They now have huge updated shop to pay for and showroom and the economy is hurting them. I don't know how real the relationship shown on TV is, but I suspect it accurate because I doubt these people would be good enough actors to pull it off.

On the episode I watched tonight they layed off a young kid in the shop because the work has slowed down so much.

There were a few biker build-off shows that featured the best custom builders, never saw OCC invited??? Interesting work with some talented workers but too much BS & trash talk. Underwater logger guy fits this catagory too. MikeD74T

That Aqua logger guy - what a freakin moron!!
I'd bet a million bucks that his son will yell and cuss and his kids some day.....it always cracks me up watching his antics with the cheap-o equipment, but you have to give him credit for trying I guess.

I caught this last night also.....

Some things that I find odd....

Senior was up at his "cabin working" and Mikey walks in to talk about Pauly.. do you reallyu think there is a camera on Senior all the time? If there was, why don't you see more of his personal life?

The cameras in Juniors house seem odd. He seemed not to want to talk on the phone in front of them, and otehr times he wanted to promote something he ws doing on his own.

I think the show is scripted more than what we think, and part of me thinks that this little bit we are watching might be to grab some attension. What a marketing stunt right? It got us talking about it!

I have the feeling he will go back.... Mostly because the producers want me to feel that way.... But they are dragging it out.....

When Vinnie left, there was no mension of V-force bikes? Understandable right? So why should Jr talk about his venture? Family? Marketing?

There is too much money in the show, and in the shop, for any of them to walk.

Drama! and we are watching because of it...

I've wondered about that aqua guy too. He says he gets $10,000 for a mantel from one of his logs, which I have allot of trouble believing. I know there are those who spend stupid money, but usually it's when buying from a name designer or artist. This guy is a bafoon. The wood is pretty when he slices it in half with his chainsaw, but I just don't believe any of the numbers he's tossing out.

As for OCC, I think the show jumped the shark when Vinnie left. I liked what he did and how he grounded Sr and Jr. They would be off acting the fool while Vinnie would be left building the bike and making it work. I wish Vinnie would get his own show, but don't know if it would be good TV or not. I like to see things be created and go from start to finish. The antics are a distraction from what's interesting.

I saw last night where they laid that kid off. It just makes me wonder how tight things are getting for them and if they took on too much debt with their overseas expansion? Is there really a market for choppers overseas? When I've traveled, I've seen allot of scooters, but never anything more then 100cc. I was told the government taxes motorcycles on their size and it gets very expensive to have anything bigger then a scooter.

If the show goes off the air, and I sort of get the feeling that's where it's headed, then the OCC name recognition will disappear with it. You can tell by the bikes they are doing that the big money builds has dried up. A Hippie chopper? What's with that? I bet any high school kid could have done that bike just as well.

I'm still hoping for a show with tractors and country living!!!

I used to work across the street from their new shop and know people that work for them or used to work for them. Paul Sr has been bankrupt at least a couple times. Probably will be again. Paul Sr. really isn't a bad guy, just typical New Yorker. He isn't rude, he's just from NY. Junior however, is a different story. As arrogant as they come. I could tell you stories about Mikey. He needs to put the pipe down, if you know what I mean.
