Moving without starting is a good idea but dont you still need out-riggers to keep the BH stable when digging? Tires are kinda spongy.

I should but I will only be moving snow and I will keep it hooked up to the Ranger, BUT it would be a good idea to put the riggers on then I can also practice moving the unit around on its wheels and riggers.

Tires all on. I did check the hydraulic return line and both worm clamps were loose which is a common issue when new and then it came to my attention that the line was also kinked a bit so I think I will cut off about a half inch and see if that does not take the kink out and go from there. Ready to start it up tomorrow after I fix the kink in the hydraulic return line, do not want to run the pump dry.

That's pretty smart adding the extra wheels. Is it easy to reposition? I imagine you're doing that by lifting up by the tow bar?

I have one of those two wheeled carts or small trailer mover, two ten inch tires, a Tee handle and a ball. But mostly the extra tires are so I can just put it in and out of the garage.

Last night early morning I ended up rushing my wife to the ER because she could not breath, ended up she has water build up around heart and lungs so they are keeping her in till Thursday, found out my 2013 Ford Explorer does go over 100 mph, it was a scary event.
It would not of done any good calling 911 because it would of taken longer for EMS and the ambulance to get here then me taking her into the ER.

She is doing ok now but they want to keep her in for 48 hour observation and they are trying to get the water out with meds, they said they are more worried about her heart then anything else and if she would of came home this morning I might of ended up taking her back or worse she might not of made it.

Needless to say I have not started the trencher yet but when I get back from the hospital later I might just go start it to get my mind off things.
