I chose not to have any children as well as 1 of my sisters, Not only that I am the last male in my family, My Brother is not my Fathers son though he has his name but not the bloodline. The only members of my grandfathers siblings that had male children was him and all his children had females except my dad and his sister. I am the last and I will never have children. It freaks my dad out too but my life belongs to me.

I made the same decision but for another reason. I recognized that I would be one of the poorest parents on earth as I have zero tolerance for frustration. I also agree that there are way too many people on this small planet. Although China's 'one child' program is draconian and ,IMO, goes way too far, it is a step in the right direction.
