No PTO

Ok I installed a new PTO on my X500 ran good for a while ofter I shut it off it would not come back on the light on the switch came on but no engagement replaced the switch still nothing any ideas anyone?

Do you have a volt meter? If yes check to see if you are getting voltage to the clutch. If yes then suspect bad connection in the clutch or possibly the connector.

If the connection is bad I should be able to put in a different connector right

Can I put power directly to the clutch from battery to see if the clutch worls

If you unplug the connector and then run wires from the battery straight to clutch you should hear it engage. Black wire on the reactor connector is ground. I do NOT know what colors the wires are on the clutch side though.

Is there a safety switch in or on the seat?
