I bought the third function/diverter valve kit from Rural King for my RK37HC thinking that all hoses and so forth were included and cut to the correct length. My neighbor who does a lot of mechanical work on tractors installed the valve for me today but there's no pressure to the grapple. The FEL functions normally as far as raising, curling, dumping and so forth. The light on the solenoid comes on when the button on the joystick is pressed and you can hear the valve clicking but no fluid to the grapple. The only thing changed was that the valve came with Pioneer fittings but the grapple came with flat faced so we changed those on the valve to flat faced. We cracked open the fittings slightly on the valve and to see if there was pressure but the fluid just dripped. The hoses to the grapple will be repositioned once we figure this out but are like this for ease of access. Also, my neighbor said all the 3rd function valves he's installed had two button for the joystick but this one in the kit only has one. Is that correct? Any ideas other than the valve being bad?
