No fuel

I have a Branson 2810 tractor and I am not getting any fuel to the fuel feeder have checked all the hoses and none are clogged. Took the feeder off and had it checked it seem to work. I must not be getting any power to it. I am not the best with electriacal problems can someone point me in the right direction.
