Depending on how much weight your are picking up you will need rear weight on the TN. I have my rear tires filled and if I am picking up something heavy (2500 pound pallet of shingles or such) I put the box blade on the back and hang suitcase weights off of it for more weight. Makes things nice and stable. If I am just moving dirt the weight from the rear tires is plenty.
