Newbie w/Ford YT-16

Just recently was given a Ford YT-16 H garden tractor, plans is to completely rebuild it and looking for as much information as possible on this garden tractor and possibly HELP.

The engine is a briggs & stratton 16 HP AT 3600 R/Min (SAE J607), 4 cycle, I/C Industrical Commercial Cast Iron Bore -- I believe this might need to be completely rebuilt -- HELP

Any help or advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated..
