Newbie to the forum

Hi to all,
I've lurked this forum for a few months and decided to join to get some advice on a new tractor. I'm a property manager for a +-1000 acre private estate(mostly wooded but about 75 acres of mowing). We have a JD 4410 with 430 FEL, 60" front blower, 60" rotary broom, 72" MMM, 72" flail mower. Also have a JD 1445 mower (we use a mowing contractor for the critical areas) with a homebuilt spreader sprayer. Glad to be here and get some first hand advice. Thanks

Am sure that all TBN members will offer their best advice... simply be aware that almost none (maybe none) are seeking to handle 1000+ acres.

You are into BIG TRACTOR country now.....

Am sure you will need several tractors of several sizes and equipment matched to each. Also big workshop and many tools for maintaining the equipment. Likely you already have much of this.

You gave a list of existing equipment...it would help if we knew what problems you have/anticipate that are not currently being satisfactorily handled, in your opinion, by that equipment, thus necessitating a new tractor acquisition.
