Newbie no more!

Well, it finally happened. After browsing this list and shopping about for 3weeks, we bit the bullet and got us a CK25, 60" field mower, and a 5 1/2' rototiller. Had the rototiller on just to get the universal drive shaft cut down, and though it was still way to wet had to make one pass at the garden. Wow! Only problem is it has since been raining/snowing for the last 3 weeks, and never enough to have to plow out!

Thanks for everyones help in making the decision, it was the right one for me.

Thanks all! Got in a little seat time this weekend, in between the showers. Dug a pit about 20' X 10' X 3' deep, then filled it with horse manure (cleaning out the waste pile by the barn in the process). Turn it every other week for 2 months, and presto- compost. Still to wet to till, and nothing is growing yet to mow so here we sit with 7 hours on the clock.
She does look like she likes the country, doesn't she?
