Newbie from Fall City, WA

Hello all,
We just moved into our new place outside of Seattle. 6 acres with a 4 stall horse barn. 4+ acres are pasture and so I am looking to buy a compact tractor to maintain the pastures and perform general small farm duties. Would like to hear what you recommend and what to expect as far as pricing, warranties, experiences, etc.
