$30,500 isn't bad, but see if you can get them to throw in some extras like the set of filters I got. For example, getting a $50 hydraulic filter saves you $50 but costs them (significantly?) less. That gives them a chance to sweeten the deal without costing them as much as it will save you.
Getting the tires filled is great, but be careful what you put in them. Many common fillers are highly corrosive, poisonous, or both. My dealer offered to fill the tires with methanol at cost, $120, but I passed because I want something non-poisonous. There are many threads on TBN about filling tires...
