New Type Scraper Blade

I saw this scraper blade on EBAY and I kind of like the concept of it. Seems like it would work well. Has anyone had any experience with this scraper blade? It seems a little light @ 400 pounds but the add says no washboarding. Any comments......

Good design and looks real easy to build if you have a way to cut and weld steel and drill some holes.
A long time ago I built a land leveler and small root puller, After I looked around I had built a spike harrow, my harrow teeth are angled and the whole unit is reversible for different effects on ground.
Mine works real good, you could look at spike harrows or just build one
I will post some pictures in the homemade section soon and mine is built from scrap re-bar, not pretty but works great

I've seen those things on ebay before.
For what they do I bet they are real good at it.
Unfortunately that's all they will do.
Kinda like a drag harrow crossed with a scrape blade.
It would probably smooth ground real good.
But it cost way more than that 8 foot pallet I have been using.
And I can store my real scraper blade on the pallet when I get done.
