They delivered my 4820R yesterday. I sold my Mahindra 1640 just over a year ago. Regretted it shortly after. I really like the 4820R. Definitely rides much better with a suspension seat versus the Mahindra 1640 lol.

Awesome tractor! Is it turbocharged? The owners manual says to use 10w-30 engine oil. All the tractors I’ve had before was 15w-40. I’m assuming the TYM Branded oil is 10w-30?

Same thing for the 21.5hp Yanmar in my T224. Per TYM's oil selection chart, 10w30 and 5w30 offer the widest range. I went with a valvoline diesel synthetic blend 10w30 @ 10hrs and plan to change it again at 30hrs. Not sure what I'm going to use yet. My little fella only holds 2qts.
Nice tractor. Looks pretty powerful, Why didn't you get another mahindra?
Awesome unit. We are in year four with our 4820H. No issues to report. We use Rotella T6 in ours View attachment 5374359
That is what I run in all my diesels. Helps that I can buy it at Love's Travel Centers with my fuel points!I use 15w40 Rotella T6
I use 15w40 Rotella T6
I used t6 5w-40 in my 5520
The first number is the cold weight the second number is the hot weight.
So 5,10,15 is how easy it'll flow in the cold.
Then the 30 or 40 number is how it'll act when it's hot.
170hrs and the only complaint is a screw fell out of the shifter so the knob is loose. Sometime I'll remember to get a new screw for it.I rarely use mine in Winter. So I’ll probably go with 15w-40 Mobil Delvac extreme full synthetic and Mobile Delvac tractor hydraulic fluid. How do like your 5520?
