New toolbox

Tired of the tiny one. I need a replacement. Where did you guys find a weatherproof toolbox?

I didnt get a "weather proof" one. I just drilled 4 holes in the bottom so an rain that got in would drain right out.

I also put 4 spacers under mine to raise it off of the sheet metal so it wouldnt rust, and put rubber bonded washes under them. Got all those off of Mcmaster carr.
I used all 4 holes that are there rather than just the two that the wimpy bobcat tool box used

I use a regular toolbox in an all weather shed.. Seriously, I just upsized the tool box on my Kioti. Used a vintage craftsman tool box from the 50's.

Two 30cal ammo cans fit just right, one each left and right of the triangle bracket - and they're watertight.

Drilled holes in the bottom for mounting & used RTV to seal.

I picked mine up from Mills Fleet Farm . It's a regular tractor toolbox .All seems are sealed and is suposed to be weather proof.

I do not want to hijack your thread, but has anyone found a place to put a tool box on a CK20hst? With fuel tank behind the seat and a BH on I am perplexed as to where to put a tool box. I had an ammo box mounted behind he seat on my Chinese tractor, but cannot find a place on this one.

I had to dig a hole in the rain last week and nothing in my tool box got wet so I guess it's weather proof. It's normally in the shed when it's raining but if I had to leave it out more I'd just silicon the seams on the tool box to seal it up alittle better.

Ammo cans work great! If you take the manual holder off of the seat you can access it more easily.
