Just bought a 1993 JD 855 and thought I'd join up here. Not much to tell. It's a 2wd with no accessories. I did get an operator manual, service manual, and parts manual with it. Little tractor runs smooth and strong with 2200 hours on it.
Picked up a dirt scoop to do a little digging and will probably get a box or grader blade. No need to mow with it since I have a good zero turn for that. Would like to find a loader for it one day or might just do the top and tilt thing.
I already changed out the seat with a $35 boat seat from walmart. I need to fix the fuel gauge, (seems to be the gauge itself and not the sender). Light switch is bad but I don't think I'll be needing those. Rear tires are almost slick.
