We were supposed to get may be a couple of inches today but nothing showed up. No matter. We have enough on the ground to have a white Christmas, and it is supposed to snow every day this week. Love it!

We got 7" where I am - near St J. My road refroze on Saturday before the snow so that plowing went good but I went out in the woods today and it was all soft under the snow - nothing frozen and some real mud where I had none before.

Same here when going off the beating paths,when pushing up stump pile with leaves notice deer ticks.

We got no snow in Chicagoland as of yet. Actually, yesterday we officially broke the record here for no snow for all of fall.
