I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on this scut. Price quoted was $11,700 with FEL. I'm trying to negotiate a discounted price on a rear blade, from the dealer. Does this seem like a fair price ? Long time lurked , first time post. Thanks

Sounds like a great price to me. I presume they're doing the free loader program?

That's the deal offered. Free loader or low interest. I'm heading up to the dealer this weekend to seal the deal.

If you can get maximum time for 0 percent financing you might consider the 2450.
The BH is great.

The dealer in north hampton was way too tight on the pricing when I bought last year, I wish I had purchased from him but 4k$ was too much difference.
Good luck you will love the 24XX series.

Oh. I considered. And considered. In between contemplating. We shall see how it turns out in the end. I have lots of plans when the mule comes home.

I got a sc2450 for $15,500 with BH, FEL and 3 point hitch. I think I did good?

It's a done deal. As I tell my Much-Better-half , its a tool. There's absolutely no fun involved.

Now I must get the BB. A Towbar on the 3pt just doesn't do it justice.

Congrats! I think you will enjoy the new toy errrrr (equipment). I think Cub/Yanmar got things right in these new tractors.

I played... well worked with mine today chipping up some stuff. I picked up a new husky 435 chainsaw last weekend and spent a few hours playing today. I don't remember having this much fun as a kid cutting wood, it was probably due to having to lug the wood to the pickup. I was looking around for more trees to cut down so I could chip up the limbs.
