New RTV-X1100C clunking wheel noises.

I found the rear bushings at our local welding shop, i don't have a lathe either i just used a bench grinder and got them close so i could press them in. Then I used a drill bit to make the internal dimension correct.
The front bushings I found at our local surplus center (not sure of their original use) pressed them in and used a drill bit to correct the internal diameter. They work great. I will get back to you on the original dimensions of the bushings and photos.

Thanks! I think I will get a couple of the oem plastic bushings and use them to try and size the brass ones! I really appreciate the help

This is unfortunate. The last thing I want to do is spend $25k on a machine that requires dealer work to correct factory mistakes.
