Just Ordered my First Tractor, should be delivered to me in about 10 days.

I have 37 acre's of reclaimed surface mine property here in Eastern KY. Tractor Will be used Mostly for Food Plots for Deer. I also have about a 1 acre pond that is always needing some sort of "dirt" work done around it seems like. Along with my 800' Gravel driveway, I think I can keep it busy!!
Anything I should pay close attention to or be looking for?
Now I need to buy a Roto Tiller and a Bush-Hog and I will be set!!!
