Good point, sorry I missed that. Probably got a nose swapped over at some point.
So you're saying my headlights are supposed to be in the lower grill? Where do I get all of these information details? Will this all be in the 4 manuals Paystar told me to order? ( I think they will be here in a few days).

So, upon further reading, these are the original fender design for my tractor:

Yours is even older than mine!
Here is hopefully what you are getting if they haven't changed them.

I got all my info from members here, on YesterdaysTractors.com and Steiner tractor Parts catalogs and of coarse books on Ford tractors.

Here is a pic of the fuel pump where the engine oil goes. I had the cover off to clean the breather (it was clean) and the gasket was leaking a bit.
It's got a filler, a drain and a check plug. You just fill until it comes out check plug.

Here's an amusing story for you. My fuel filters are from England and it says it on them. I wanted to keep that for showing since it is a Basildon build.
So I ordered the same brand filters and had them shipped from the UK. Five dollar filters. Cost me $105 to get them here!
And the real kicker.....they no longer have anything printed on them!!
So I paid $105 for two plain white filters, LOL

Yes headlights should be in lower grill. Aftermarket grills are still available from many places but I keep reading that they don't fit perfectly?

This is my '73 3000 for comparison.

I know the garage looks like a wreck. Sorry. It's on the list of things to organize.
That's an easy fix. Get rid of that car. That'll make more room for tractor parts. 😀
Yeah, and I'm wondering if they just turned the exhaust manifold 180 degrees, or is this a totally different part.
I think that was the Orchard version. The exhaust went down to keep the muffler from catching on tree branches. On my 3910 the exhaust tip is about 3' above the top of the hood. (with muffler)
