It was the price I was given when looking last year online.
The dealer who currently has the 4310 gave us a quote that was a few thousand dollars higher($16,500??) for the L2800 but it was part of a package deal.

A question about the 0% deal,if you want some equipment added in,would it be at the same rate??

Kubota did switch to what is called a blended rate. What this means is that if all the attachments are built by Kubota, or Land Pride then you stay at the published programs rates. When you switch to other make attachments you might find that they will blend it to a higher rate depending on the dollar amounts.

I'd ask your sales person how many attachment dollars you can spend and not loose your 0%.
