new models when?

Are tractors like cars, such that, in a certain month the new year comes out? if so when? and do they try to get rid of the last year models? or do they just keep revolving until a physically changed model comes out before they discount them?

On the B7100 the line ran for years than discontinue that brought back and was replace w/the B1750...
Dealers are pretty fair w/there prices even if its a model been setting around for months.
Least in this area models don't set around year or two.
Where about in NH do you live.
