Hello All
I am a new member and also a new owner of a 1975 case 644. I bought it to do a little yard work with. its a project machine with a seized motor. I have rebuilt plenty of small engines in the past so buying this with a bad motor does not bother me. Im not sure if I should waste my time rebuilding this one or buy another motor for it. I would like to know what engine came with this machine? I believe this motor is not the original engine. Its a Model 644-12 serial 9718356.
The engine that is in it now is a k341S serial 1833403 spec 71247. Im looking forward to hearing from anyone with any input on ways to get info and recommendations for working on this machine.
