Hey all,
Just joined the ranks and purchased a new LT1018LE yesterday. Had bought a JD 110 but returned it to home depot.
Love the new Cub, much sturdier than the JD and 200 bucks cheaper!
What it does lack is the ability to mow in reverse, so I'm trying to resolve that one.
And while it does have four wheels on the deck to help avoid scalping, it does not seem to cut as well as the JD. Is it just me? Did JD have better blades than the Cub? I dunno.
Also, it seems to bog down quite a bit when I mow up one of my hills.
Lastly, has anyone tried the snowblade with this type of tractor? Does it work well?
