'07 Kubota L3400. Woods: Tiller, Back Blade, Box Blade, Backhoe
Well, thanks to the forum I have joined the Kubota community. I have posted many questions and spent many hours searching for the right tractor. I have gone from believing the BX would suit me, to the B series, and now to the L series (and really, I still covet the Grand L's). I have 12 acres and I plan on moving some ground, building swales and raised bed, planting trees, diverting water, building a small pond, clearing snow, and hauling logs. I think I have my work cut out for me. Here are the goods!

BTW, it doesn't have the jerky 3 point and it doesn't have the grinding PTO (wouldn't have known that was an issue without this forum). Now I need to get some pallet forks and a toothbar; who's got recommendations?

Congrats on the new Orange Toy!!! She's a beauty! You will get a lot of use out of that backhoe. How many hours does it have? It looks like it has been taken care of. I believe you will find it has plenty of power and will get the jobs done that you have listed above with no problem at all. :smurf:

Thanks Pappa, she is an '07 with only 161 hours. Still considered a demo if she were a car.

Congratulations on your new tractor, you have gotten in one fell swoop about all you will ever need, notice I didn't say "want", very well equipped indeed. You are right the hours are insignificant. Enjoy your new tractor.

Welcome to the club.. I sent you the info on the "secret handshake". Looks like a great tractor for the year, mine's an 09 and doesn't look any better. The rear rims look a bit different from the ones I have, I think they'll go one step wider by moving them to the opposite sides..

Congrats on the L3400. I bought one very much like it last August. Mine is an '08 and had a little over 200 hours on it when I bought it. Not many more than that now because I haven't been able to use it much yet.
