This is mine that I just paid for, just waiting for the dealership to load the rear tires and do their final checks.

yea price was a bit of a hard pill to swallow. This is my third standard L series, both the last two were L3901DT and L3901hst. I wanted to upgrade to the L3902 as soon as I saw all the improvements to the loader and operator station. Just happened to see this particular 50th anniversary model and wouldn’t have thought much about it but the over sized tires caught my attention. Long store short, I cleaned up my L3901 and got a decent trade value considering the hours on it and made the deal.

If Kubota makes a L2502 and it has the same features as the L3302/L3902, I’m right behind you!

I really wanted to hold out for an L4702 if that ever becomes a reality but this L3902 will be such a massive improvement over the L3901 I have Currently.

The L3902 is a massive improvement in features, comfort and cosmetics compared to the L3901 but, if you need “more” tractor, you’d have to go with the L4701/L4702 or Grand L.

Actually, Kubota is now installing fuel polishing units on all of their common rail emissions compliant engines because they are very sensitive to any dirt and especially water in the fuel. The standard Kubota spin on fuel filters have an 80 micron pass rate and the one on the engine where the strainer is, is even more so they are equipping all the emissions compliant units with them Don't know the make but I use a generic filter base on both my M9's with Racor 30 micrion pass rate filters and their water block technology which strips any water out of the fuel. I really don't need them as both mine a pre 4 tractors, just installed them for further piece of mind actually, plus you can easily see if there is any 'junk' in the fuel as the bottoms are clear.
