Not really could careless on analyzing you no skin in this game for me.I see in another thread you complain about hybrid tires on this tractor. Would you bitc- the same if this was a John Deere or Kubota product? You had a very minor bad experience get over it and enjoy your new tractor.
I don’t think I made any complaints about the hybrid tires. I was expecting industrial which I asked for and got those. I just asked if they were the new standard. It reall made no difference anyway. I couldn’t use the tractor The way it was. Lol. I have never seen those tires before. Like I said if you have nothing good to say move on. It’s nothing for you to comment about here.

Interesting, coobie has 5.5k posts and you’ve got 45. From what I can see every one of your posts is a post asking for some sort of help. I’m just guessing when I say 80% plus of coobie’s posts are offering users some sort of help or answers.

Ironically coobie is offering some sound advice, that is, try not to let this rough start ruin your ultimate enjoyment of the tractor. We all get your justified frustration. Call the dealer and put the problem where it belongs, on their shoulders.

Bummer the crap prep work!

Good luck and hope speedy fix.

You’ll find just about everyone here, including coobie are on your side.

upsetting? sure.....surprising? no.

Call the dealer, explain what happened and if they handle it, great. If they don't then you have a reason to be really upset...a dealer not standing behind their stuff.

You will see everything will work out fine! I would be really surprised if your dealer does not get right on it!
You will be extremely happy with your purchase, I have 1100 hrs on my CK25 hst, just love that machine. I understand exactly how you feel!✌🏻
Please keep us posted!

New stuff usually needs shakedown and bug work. Very old and very new stuff is where the problems are.

Use the problems to your advantage. Make friends with the guys who try to get it "right", do not start off on the wrong foot. This usually gets you a contact number for 24hr advice, free manual downloads, and occasionally sets of filters, owner Swag' (hats T's).

Let the salesman's boss know, (salesman will be long gone by the time you make your next buy). Either go with being a loyal customer or "I need a better deal due to the past problems".

Salorman3: Your really not going to enjoy long term tractor ownership if this minor issue is creating so much frustration for you. Some dealers don't fully check their tractors after they assemble them. Remember, most tractors come from Korea in Crates, which Kioti North Carolina does initial assembly, then Dealership does final assembly and final check. Normally the Dealership works with the tractors for a couple of days, checking every bolt for torque, the hydraulic connections, the electrical connections, and insure no filter leaks, etc.

Before your dealer comes to work on this leak, do a through checkup yourself, make sure every hydraulic connection is clean and all your electronics work properly, and all fluid levels are proper. And don't forget to tighten all wheel lug nuts at 50 hours, they just seem to loosen after first use and then are good for many years.

My new unit had 2.7hrs on it when I got it. I assumed it was for this type of thing

Yes it was Indeed. It's those tractors that come delivered with less than 1.5 hrs on them, you need to be suspicious the dealer maybe was not doing all his hydraulic, electrical and fluid checks. Mine was delivered with 3.2 hours and i commented on this to the dealer as a joke, and he responded ".... you asked for a backhoe installed, and it takes at least an hour to check its working properly" Well I was definitely a newbie.

I guess the OP said his tractor delivered with 0.7 hrs, with a backhoe, so surely appears like a rushed dealer preparation.

And sometimes the new tractor owners make demands and force the dealer to do a rushed delivery, not letting the normal process occur. Not saying that was the case here.
